At LEIF, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home, but we understand that sometimes a selection isn't quite right. We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original, unused condition to ensure your space feels exactly as you envisioned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original LEIF packaging, ensuring all fragile home goods are properly padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
